Orders are shipped in an opaque envelope without any reference to the contents. Only the initials of our company appear as the sender. Hispa Imports Deluxe = H.I.D.
The package will be delivered to the address designated at the time of the order or to the franchise closest to the address.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Products in stock will be processed and shipped within 24 business hours from the time of receipt of payment.
Shipments to the peninsula and Balearic Islands
- Seur 24 hours: Free for mainland Spain and Balearic Islands. You will receive your order within 24 hours.
Shipments with destination Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
- No shipments are made. Please contact us for a quotation.
International Shipments EURO Zone
DHL: Free of charge. You will receive your order within 1 - 2 days.
International Shipping
All shipments will be carried out, in an urgent way, by the following transport companies DHL, EDEX or UPS. The shipping price is calculated based on the weight of the package and the area.
In the event of a delay in delivery of more than 30 days, and as long as this delay is attributable to HISPA IMPORTACIONES DELUXE S.L., the customer, after written complaint (letter, fax or e-mail), may unilaterally cancel the order, being refunded the amounts paid in case of prepayment, in accordance with articles 103 and following of the Royal Legislative Decree, 1/2007.
